Institute of Global Metagovernors (IoGM) is a non-profit making organization founded in 2023 in Hong Kong. We dedicate to academic and research development in Governors’ practices of the education sector.
Our Vision, Mission and Values make up IoGM. They underpin the codes that define IoGM, guide directions and share among stakeholders.

Susceptibility to Scam Assessment Survey
This survey covers students from Primary 4 to Postgraduates for the period from March to May 2025. Individual reports will be sent to schools in June and a full debriefing will be conducted on 5 July 2025.
